When I replaced them the book said h-13's but I'm thinking I'm going to pull and replace them with a different brand. It sucks because they are only 2-3 months old but why not swap them out to rule that issue out

I hope I am not being a pain but this is driving me nuts. I feel like I'm running circles rechecking everything

I give up. I have changed the bulbs again, went through the wiring, grounds and sockets again, checked the fuses and relays again and got the same results. If I can pass inspection I'll be ok and worry about it later. Thanks for all the help

Have you changed out the multi switch on the steering column?

Did you make sure all 3 relays and all the fuses are securely plugged in and the fuse box is screws are tight?

I did with an ac Delco part. The lights still acted up but the only difference is with the new switch the turn signal mechanism would click but fail to shut off after making a turn in about a week so I returned it and put the old one back in

I'm just throwing the towel in. I'm going to take it in for an inspection and pray the lights don't misbehave. After that it is what it is

Since everything is eliminated it must be the internal part of the fuse box. That is the ONLY common point to the 5 systems.
