It's the funky Panel with a big bowtie on the side.

I think I fixed it . I used the "image code" instead of the "direct link".

That's OK, I used to have problems uploading pics too. Plus, I'm not sure if you can upload pictures if you're not a "premium" member. Is this the one? Looks pretty interesting, but I don't know anything about it...
