Just gained 10HP with the push of a button!

Because its finally below 75 degrees in 3 freaking months and I don't need to run my A/C

I forgot how much fun my car is to drive. I have a tune so its pretty responsive and the power almost seems to come out of nowhere now because its been so long since I haven't run my A/C, lol

I don't know about the rest of you, but the East Coast has been baking and Durham, NC has been hotter than hell. Another side benefit is my power steering motor hasn't kicked off the last two days since its been cooler.

Drove to work tonight, with all the windows down, sunroof open, music blasting and having fun on the interstate. With all the noise I can't hear the clunking in the front, the power steering was working, it reminds us why we have the cars we do.

Tomorrow suppose to be even cooler with lows actually getting into the mid-60s

I never have driven with the A/C on in my HHR. I am so used to rolling down the windows in my truck because it killed my mileage by almost three with the A/C on. I made sure it worked at the dealership but after that it has not been on.

You lucky people. We had 5 days of 99-103 degree temps with 80% humidity. That ain't fun for no one :)

I'd kill for it to be 75 degrees outside here. Add 37 to that and you got our high for the day...

It's been hot here, most people have been running AC, but I have a physical condition where cold, especially AC makes my body hurt.... I'd rather have the heat.....

If I do use AC, it's to cool off the car after it's been sitting (black car) once it's not an oven I just turn it off....... better that way.

even with the temps being in the 95-100 these past couple weeks I still dont use the ac. The ac comes on only if the wife is in the car (since she is pregnant the heat makes her really sick), other wise its windows down. Im use to cars with no ac my last 3 cars didnt have it all.

If you guys remove all the A/C components, your rides will be lighter & then of course a bit quicker too..

OK, I'll be the exception. I have Dark tinted windows & Run the A/C, & still manage to get everywhere I aim mine to...

Just chillin' in da heat..
