Has anyone dealt with Prime Choice Auto parts.com thinking of getting front struts and break packages struts 114 bucks ceramic pads and rotors 60 bucks looked over reviews most of them bad some good

Yes. The prices they post on eBay are usually better.
The last time I got pads & rotors I got the "premium" set for something like $60, they were really good.
Struts I think I would stay with Monroe Quik Struts, most "other" brands are collision parts, meaning they are good enough to sell to the next owner. But, at half the price ......
