What do you mean "Custom"?
Rockauto.com has replacement fobs listed
Use the search forum threads here for more info if your trying to diagnose your troubles with it.

Not a replacement but something unique. Something less bulky. Maybe a 3D printed piece. I dont really care for the crappy gm remotes.

Well, you won't get a less "bulky" case because the circuit board is only a little smaller than the case, just allowing enough room for the case to cover the edges.

There are some colored cases still available online. I bought some different colored cases to sort of match my HHR color for some of my HHRs (I have 5) to more easily pick them out of a pile of keys.

What newer style all-in-one remotes are you referring to?

I got one of these (not currently available on Amazon, though) and had it cut and programmed no issues.
Works perfectly and remote start too.

FlipKey for GM FlipKey for GM

If they made one with 4 buttons, I would get one for the Panel too.

I just noticed that the FCC number (FCC ID: KOBGT04A) on our fobs is the same as fobs for 2006-2009 Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. The MOPAR fobs are all-in-one, I don't know if the chip in the key is compatible.
