Need help identifying plastic cover

I bought my 06 HHR 2LT 2 weeks ago and found this plastic cover under the driver's seat when I was vacuuming. I ve spent awhile trying to figure out where it goes. Any ideas?

It's a cover that goes on the back of the seat track/rail.
Here's an old thread that explains: https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/gene...ow-find-50907/

Thumbs up FMG is like butter He's on a roll

You're 2 for 2

100% agree FMG and it goes on the left side according to the "LH" stamped on it.

Sorry. Been a busy week and weekend. Still work to do at the high school where im an assistant. Thank you so much for the quick detective work on your party. I am grateful for this site.
I've also been busy detailing the HHR 2LT
- Mothers Leather 3 in 1 for the seats
- steam cleaned the carpet
- Smart Dressing on the dash and plastic trims. Door stripping and plastic under the hood
- New spark plugs.
- Oil Change
- K&N oil Filter
- Lubed ALL hinges with Lithium
- new wooly worm
- new engine air filter
- new in Cabin
- washed the car
- clayed the paint
- Mothers CMX ceramic hybrid wax
- rain-x on windshield
Only thing I didn't do this weekend was the oil change and the filters and the wooly wrapping in hear resistant electrical tape.

But I am very thankful to everyone contributing to this site
And all those w HK o are still in stores. Hospitals. And anYone else still working during the covid crisis
