Is there any way to program/reprogram the key fob to open or lock the doors?

 

Only way I know is at the Dealers. And you need to take all of the fobs at the same time.

 

I just bought a 2007 HHR and the seller didnt have the key fobs. Will the generic ones on ebay work?

This is the wrong thread for the question. Give the search a shot, sometimes it gives up the hundreds of threads on the subject easily. Basically the answer is : yes and no, depends on what you mean by "generic".
