Listed under the "entertainment", it says the radio has single disc, but the photo of the radio looks exactly like mine, the 6 disc changer. Do the single and 6 disc changers look alike, or do they not realize what they have?

By the amount they are discounting, I think they are just using the GMAC family and friends discount. We got a little more than that off, but ours was also more optioned so the amount off was a little more. I got a freind who works at GM and they get around 20 percent off any GM vehicle. Shows you how much these cars are actually marked up for profit.

Exactly

My father retired from GM and quite frankly Im amazed at some people when they cant understand why I only buy their products. The employees discount for family...even when my father passes I will still be able to purchase vehicles from GM under this plan. I purchased a Silverado 1500 Crew Cab in November and we all know what they cost. Well a buddy of mine bought a Ford (gulp F150) at about the same time. He swore up and down that he got the better deal....and Im not one for telling everyones my finances, but for him I had to show him to make a point. I save a lot of money and we get great deals with this plan. Same thing when I recently purchased our HHR.
For anyones info..the only two vehicles I know of that most dealerships wont let anyone discount are the Vettes and the High Dollar Caddies...

Sorry for it being so long...

I get a GM employee discount, as well. My husband gets supplier discounts with the US manufacturers (with the HHR was about half of my discount), but at least gives us options.
