check if mall has video camera's! You may be able to find out who backed into you!

Welcome to the modern world, where nobody has any common courtesy or common sense. You might want to have the rear suspension checked, maybe the angle of the photos, but the wheel seems a bit out of whack.

 

If it got hit, wouldn't it be full of whack?

 

That sucks. I at least went back into the store and found the person I backed into a couple weeks ago, even though it was PT Cruiser(no damage to either car luckily)
