It just kinda highlites a few of the more common issues the forum has noticed over the years.

 

From the picture, it looks pretty clean, can't help but notice front rim has been curbed tho. Perhaps a point to use for bargaining.

 

I would recommend a buyers inspection at a reputable shop.
