Lots of new parts, with some old issues...

Ok, so to start off with.. 07 HHR 2.4.. Parked it before my surgery, had to wait for lifting clearance, so it sat for about 8-10 months.. Finally finished it up today...
-However, i have no brake pressure at the pedal. I bleed the brakes starting back passenger to back driver to front passenger to front driver... Tried 4 Times (so now all brand new brake fluid), still pedal goes to the floor like it did before and ABS light is on, what would be suggestions on this..
-Have to take it in for alignment, got it close as i can get it, but they will need to make it perfect, plus call Chevy to have them replace faulty EPS.
-Traction Control Light/ Service Traction light is on
-Put on hold the Tranny Line Cooler and Universal e-brake controllers till all other issues are solved.
Thanks in advance!

Not that it would have any affect the proper bleed order is
bleed the MC
RR
LF
LR
RF
The MC is split diagonally not front rear like old timey brakes.

TC and ABS lights are probably related to EPS or the brake problem.

What is a universal e-brake controller?

Oops, I bleed them like old time brakes. Assuming as long as no air in lines, that is ultimate goal...

Update: new wheel cylinder on Rr is leaking, may have found problem....

Universal ebrake, aka electronic braking for trailer wiring, so I can tow and have trailer brakes.

Guess I should have just said universal tow package....

I GoOgled it and sort of figured that was it. "e-brake" triggers "parking brake" in my head, and that obviously doesn't make sense.

The bleed order shouldn't really matter.

If you are seeing a C0475, C0545, C0550 or C0551 It may mean more than the PS motor. These will set ABS/TC lights. You would need an ABS reader.

I did end up putting on the line cooler for the transmission, and turning the side markers into blinkers. picking up up the new wheel cylinder today and trying the steps above that got listed.

hopefully all goes well and can send it off to alignment shop..

Well, seems like all was good and going great...
New Tranny Fluid/filter and Tranny cooler is working out nicely (no more hard shifting).
New Black Housing/Clear Lens w/ HID lights are making me some great new friends, rofl.
ABS light went off!!
All was good, untill I tried to open the sun roof, then a piece of plastic rail on it broke, yay! So now it cant be opened, cause you have to hold the piece to close it.
Also, car pulls to the right now, even after the alignment, pulls really badly to the right, they showed me the screen while it was on the rack and alignment is great.. So now I get to find that problem...
And it goes in tomorrow to have the faulty EPS replaced, so thatll be one less issue :-)

Swap your front tires from side to side.

What, exactly, does "pulls to the right" mean? Brakes or hands off wheel.

If it is brakes I would be looking at hung calipers or worn out drum brakes.

Pulls to the right, while driving down the road, hand off of the steering wheel, braking doesnt seem to make a difference on the pull..

I got the car back from LaRiche Chevy today... They installed the new EPS, now it says T/C for the transmission and shifting VERY hard along with being hard to put into gear... Wasnt doing that before..
