Lugs on new steelies

I am going to change out my 17" rims to 15" snows on steelies. I ordered them mounted and balanced from TireRack. Should I use the same lugs I have for the rims?

The tire rack states that if your wheel & tire set from them requires different lugs than OEM, they'll include them with the set. Your 17" alloys use a conical seat lug just like the steelies do, but the OEM steelie lugs have external threads for the hubcap attachment. You probably won't get new lugs with your order.

Piggyback, I'm hoping to go from 18's to 16's Steel or alum. Same lugs?
