Congratulations on your HHR making it that far, D-man!

Any possibility of posting up a listing of your work on the HHR, other than oil and filters - mileage and item done?

 

I'll try to remember everything and at what mileage it was replaced.
I had a burnt valve on cylinder 1 and had to get the head reworked which cost me $1500.00. That was at 180,000 miles.
I replaced the front pads and rotors at 150,000 miles. I'm still on the origional rear brakes.
I just replaced the shocks and struts at 245,000 miles.
I think that is about it other than spark plugs, air filters, and oil changes.
My ABS light is on right now and I have the clunk in the front end when I hit a bump.

 

You are putting some miles on yours also. Have you had to do very much work to it?

 

That's a lot of loops around Kamloops, last time we were there saw HHR taxi's all over.

 

What sort of repairs/upkeep has it required in 250k?


I have 47k on my 08 and would like to keep it going another 200k.

Yeah, not much has changed since that posting except an oil change and some new tires.
