The front passenger door wont open and the gas door wont close properly as well as some dents and scratches on the quarter panel and rear door, but the major damage is up front.

Aw man Ed, that totally sucks! I've had it happen to me and its one of those helpless feelings, you can see it coming and not one dang thing you can do. As long as you're OK, that's what really is the most important thing, but I really feel for you. Let us know how you make out with the estimates and the other guy's insurance company, and don't forget to vent....long, loud, and hard...as necessary.

the title more means you just had it fixed or did you have an accident recently and I just missed the thread?

That really sucks though, hopefully it will be fixed and as good as new soon. Glad to hear it sounds as though no one was hurt.

In 1956 I had just bought a 1956 Porsche Speedster a year and a half waiting list only had it less than 2 weeks driveing to work on a narrow 2 lane road a drunk hit me head on pushed the right wheel and pushed it and the passenger seat back totaled the car but could not get another took 2 guys over 3 months to repair, came out like new so I know how you feel, wish you the best, have a great day.

I know how you feel. Be sure to get it to a good body shop. The right shop can make it as good as new for you.

Sorry to see the damage!

I really want to know what the heck is going on. I have never seen a web site where people of one make or model of a car gets hit so often. There have been so many here hit and at no fault of their own.

Sometimes I think Chevy should have named the car the Target!

Was the driver an outsider like one of those Cowboy Poetry Gathering attendees?
