I saw the 2018 and up Terrains don't have a shift lever and use buttons? Does that take a while to get used to? I'm traditional so I like shift levers

Reminds me of when they had a Wards Service Center in Cedar Rapids. I had a 74 Camaro. I rebuilt the front end in my garage including ball joints, drag arm, everything. I took it to Wards to get the front end dialed in with alignment. They had 3 guys going over it. They brought back an estimate for a couple thousand bucks including some of the front end parts I already replaced. They also stated they wouldn't do the alignment without repairing everything on the list. I said I guess I will take it somewhere, and then they said it was $50 for the inspection. I told the asshats I didn't ask for an inspection and wasn't paying for something I didn't ask for. They had to get the manager to release my Camaro. The estimate included oil change, (only 500 miles on it), as well as every filter you could think of. A set of 4 tires, (less than 10K) Exhaust. I guess the cherry bombs were too loud for them. Anything you could possibly think of. I took it to another joint and they just did the alignment as I asked. They said I did a good job getting the new parts installed and getting alignment close. I didn't tell them I was a mechanic at a Chevy dealers 45 years ago and did front ends. No wonder Wards went belly up.

Well after a lot of SUV researching online, I think I have it narrowed down to either the 2019 Chevy Equinox or the 2019 Jeep Cherokee if I decide to go with Leasing. When I had the loan on my 2010 Chevy HHR LS, I was paying a little over $343 a month for a 5 year loan so hopefully now with some of these lease deals that are going on, I hope I can for a lot less than that and I don't think I drive 10,000 miles a year. I'm still debating if I just want to hang on to my HHR as a backup or just trade it in?
