Thanks everyone for the "hello"s.

Funny thing is Lone Ranger that on our 30 wedding anniversary we did just that, only it was for church. We and another couple (married at same time) rented pin stripped Zoot suits, wide brim black hats, The Mrs. was in this very hot red dress we loaded up his '28 Ford Roadster and went off to church. Sat in the very front row (yes, we removed our hats ). Pastor has known us for a long time so was not unduly surprised.

shaginwgn, Cedar Point sounds like fun. A Dragon Run down to Fontana along the Smokies would be fun as well.

Here is a thread on: The Dragon. I think you will see alot less runs there due to the local authorities really cracking down.

We are doing some other things there as well including a Winery Tour, an Awards Ceremony/Product Giveaway, and an HHR cruise to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

There's a car in the video game of The Godfather that's darn near a clone of the HHR...mobster, indeed!

We did a Dragon run two years ago with a bunch of MINI Coopers. (Saw a couple of very serious bike wrecks. More for the Tree Of Shame I guess.)

318 curves in 11 miles, I think I got into 2nd gear twice. Wonderfully beautiful scenery down there in the Smokies.

Here's a couple of pic's of my old MINI and me.....

With the onset of grand kids (3) I needed something to haul 'em around in, thus the HHR. Life is not just 4 seasons, it's a bunch of seasons.......

I woulda had a hard time parting with that MINI...

... I had a '95 Vette, and needed something more practical to commute to/from work in after I lost my "company" car.
