My HHR is from ?
GUys i have and odd question. Im wondering where my HHR came from cause i have an extra anti for light on rear, and my dashboard is in MPH (i have 120 max) i can switch i know, but im on the black lamps thing, and im wondering is i have legal lamps.... The previos owner said he bought it from a person that bought it in a dealship in Germany, so it shoulnt have KM meter on dashboard ? And why it has antifog lamps on rear ?

All HHR's were built in Mexico, the rear fog lamps were most likely added by owner in Germany for their DOT specs, you would have the 120 mph dash because the vehicle was exported from USA.
The Candian dash went to 200 klm.

I thought the EU solved all of that?
What makes the headlamps legal? In the US there will be a US "D.O.T." embossed on it as well as the tail lights and usually the year of manufacture on the tail lights.
Hint for all of you kids; look at the tail light lens to find out what model year a car was made in.
