The LNF 2.0 turbocharged part number, both Autozone and O'Reilly say it does not fit the 2006 2.4.

How could it get damaged? I can't imagine it getting damaged short of using a hammer.
If it is leaking oil the O-rings can be replaced.
It is not a vital part; you could block it off. A junkyard should have a 2006 2.4.

You probably don't really need an oil cooler for that car.

Well if it’s rusted out and leak oil or coolant, yes you have to replace it. Somebody on here used an adapter plate and external oil cooler. There are companies that use the Ecotec with oil cooler, but they don’t seem to be online any more.

it might just be the oil seals need replacing.
