Hi, I am a new member. I just purchased my HHR yesterday. I got a Black 2007 with the 2.4 auto, leather, and the Fall Edition package. I was looking for suggestions regarding appearance/cleaning issues. What would be best to wash/wax the black paint? Leather cleaner? is any special needed to clean the black chrome? Thanks. I just love the car and want to keep the showroom look.

My car did not have any car mats and the dealer said they are on order and should be delivered in a few days. I wanted to know what they should look like. I understand they are custom to go along with the fall pkg. I want to be sure I dont get the wrong ones(cheaper). Thanks.

 

They should be embroidered w/ HHR on them. When I had purchased Dory, the mats were not in the car, took the dealer about 6 weeks to get them in (purchased Sept 05). Make sure they care of cleaning the carpet when the mats arrive.

to the site!!! I'm partial to Meguir's Gold Class Or NXT waxes. A clay bar detail once in awhile will also work wonders
