New HHR's in very short supply?

Is it me or are new 2011 HHR's like an endangered species? Been looking in the New England area Boston north and have seen 2. I know there is a good rebate on them but they sure have dried up quick in these parts

Thick on the ground in Charlotte right now, but that may be due to dealer allocations, your dealer may be able to do a dealer trade for you.

Sadly the increased demand for them just seemed to take place in the last two months or so, and the last one rolled off the line on May 27th, so they will dry up sooner than later.

We have them here in good supply too. Just depends on your area and how well sales have been.

Things will wrap up over summer and by Sept they should be rare in most areas new.

I know when I bought my 2011 in October I had been to the dealer a few months before and had to wait that long for them to get a new batch in. They were selling like hot cakes at least in Tucson! haha.

Seattle ...Rare Pickens. I think I got the last 1LT within 50 miles or so. Most searches here are already obsolete. Cars showing are not there.

I've never seen another 2LT Panel around here.

Local Tattoo shop has an LS Panel.

Cruise-nite I see an older lady with a Silver SS wagon, she is a hot ##it !!

they seem to be in decent supply here in Michigan in the S E part anyway Detroit metro area . Taylor Chevy has last I looked 10 or 15 had a copper colored one right in front of the new car show room .

Having sold cars for a long time now retired . IMHO the reason there moving is the rebate and it also makes shakey credit easier to get finaced. I bet some dealers are trading for them when they can and put in last minute orders for what ever they could get !

If you can get A plan and a LOT a folks here in Detroit area can I did and a $4000.00 rebate there a steal IMO . Also IMO sad to say if you like to trade ever 2 or 3 yrs your most likely still gona get killed on a trade . I bought mine to keep until the wheels fall off .

Very hard to find the one I wanted

Couldn't find much beyond white/silver in my market. Dealer located a 2LT in Crystal Tint Metallic about 100 miles away.
Traded in my '04 S-10 with only 57K a week ago. Always thought the HHR was cool, but couldn't justify trading in the truck. Well, it was showing some age, I don't need to haul as much raw cargo, and the deal was too sweet to pass up.
Even with the split window, it's easier to haul 2x4's in my new ride.

My dealer was more than willing to trade to get my HHR on the lot, even if I passed on it.
