I'm a new Chevy owner. I've been a very happy Taurus owner until a couple of months ago, when my sister totalled "JellyBean" Well, my in-laws were so kind to give me their 2600 GM points to go towards a new car purchase. I never would have considered the HHR, had it not been for "Pop" putting the bug in my ear. I began to research, and was impressed with the look and stats.

So, my husband bought me an 07 Silverstone LS. I wanted bells and whistles, but were only able to afford the bells. I guess "Chops" will be getting mods eventually.....

I am quite happy with my HHR. I love the gas mileage I've been getting. The ride is comfy as hell too. The interior is more narrow than the Taurus was, but I can deal with that....I've been getting ALOT of compliments as I get in/out of "Chops"... I love it!!!!! I like the fact that there aren't many HHRs here where I live, makes me feel different than all the other moms with their Odysseys, Pilots, Expeditions and Denalis...I stand out from the rest.
Never let anyone drive your car, family or not. I don't. Can't trust them to take as good care of it. Welcome to the site, and congrtas on your new HHR.
