I recently purchased a used 2006 HHR LT with the leather/chrome package. Vehicle is for shuttling kids to daycare and around town. Any issues I should be looking for to pop up that need to be fixed/replaced? The vehicle is the 2.4 liter with 88,000 miles (almost all highway).
New to the site and just wanted to say "hi" and get some advice from other HHR owners.

Welcome to the site!
They're pretty reliable. Really the most common issues are with the front suspension, but it's more of an annoyance than safety. A few different parts will wear out quickly and often, causing clunking noises on bumps. Another thing is the brake rotors are awful on these, so they will most likely warp, causing the steering wheel to vibrate when braking.
