not digging the spotlights, or rims.... reminds me of a old school police car

Yea the car has too many things going on... IMO i like the car because of the small details like the properly done rear wiper delete and the painted bumper piece in the front...
Sometimes people get TOO caught up in modifying their ride, and make it look WAY over the top...

 

Guess they didn't like the mods either or they wouldn't have sold it

 

I don't see clear tail lights, I see oem ones w/rings & blue-dots on the top lights..
Not keen on the suicide fr doors. & agree if that's all they open. have fun getting in & out. I think black steelies would help tone down all the red. imo.

The Dummy Spots probably got mounted there in the blind spot, to not obstruct any more view.. I think they look better on an old Merc, like a friends here:
