I need the sway bar bushing bracket, part number 4 in this, for a 2006 HHR 2LT with the FE3 suspension. Anyone know what part that is?

Also, any idea how to keep the F&%@! end link bolts from simply spinning like mad?

I moved the thread because it is NOT a how to.

A pair of needle nose vice grips work for me.

Don't worry about the boot you have a new one on the new link.

That drawing looks just like a catalog, they don't have part numbers?

I've got the bracket out (it is a royal pain getting the back bolt), but I can't get that end link loose from the sway bar so I can rotate it up. It simply spins and spins.

Wow, that's the part I need, but over 17 bucks for ground shipping on a 13 dollar part? You've got to be kidding me.

So Google the part number and find a better deal! Do you have the 1-hole or the 2-hole?

Or, just saunter into any GM parts department and avoid the shipping.

I have the 1 hole and already have it ordered. It will be here next week at 17 bucks and free shipping.

At 269 k those probably need replacing. I already have the new AC Delco inserts trying to get rid of the clunk.

Remember the crack in the bushing goes to the rear of the car.
