Hey Steve! Just wanted you to know I received your message on the 27th wishing me a happy birthday. Thank you so much for that. Very nice gesture. I am having a hard time replying to messages currently so I could not resound to your message. It says I reached my limit and have to wait until space clears. But anyway, thank you for remembering my birthday. I turned 48! Ugh. I attached pictures of my cars. The SS has 158,000 miles on it(158k on the body and 20k on the new engine) and my 06 LT has 130,000 miles on it. Both need brakes badly. Probably going to give the 06 a brake job this fall before the SS goes back into hybernation.

 

You’re welcome! Now about those brakes, don’t forget we get a discount from RockAuto! And depending on what you need they have separate parts or complete kits! Rotors and pads! Or calipers rotors and pads kits , and for your’06 you might want to upgrade to the larger diameter rotors and caliper brackets of the ‘08 thru ‘10 SS non Brembo front brakes, you just need the rotors and caliper brackets , and pads, you keep and use your calipers from the ‘06. A real easy upgrade to much better brakes.
