Once in a lifetime occurance
I was invited to the pits of the off-shore power boat racing of Bob Teague, due to thegraphics on my HHR. This was in Atlantic City last Saturday. This involved a 70 mile trip down the dreaded Garden State Parkway during a Saturday morning in the summer. I encountered NO traffic, for the first time in my 35 years of driving, 72 degrees, gorgeous sunny day, and cruise control on all the way. I hit 31 MPG in my HHR for the first, true, all-highway miles it has ever had.
I was concerned about ID & pit entry, but I shouldn't have been. Everytime I show up at ANY race event, they wave me up to the front of the line, into the pits. They think I am either a vendor or a sponsor.

Man, that is such a beautiful Panel. Not surprised they wanted it around. How was the racing? I'll have to try to find the replay of that race on cable. I am getting to like off shore better than unlimited hydros.
Amsoil has independent distributors. Years ago, they decided to utilize multi-level marketing (like Amway) their first mistake.
Their last great attempt at marketing was to sign a HUGE endorsement deal with Boyd Coddington, about a month before his death. You just can't make this stuff up.
