Harmless. Ignore it. The risk of doing damage cleaning it isn’t worth the benefit. Wait, what benefit?

Thanks for your advice and patience everybody. Throttle installed and car running just fine. Idle seems to be fine. When am at a Stop sign it looks like 600.
I drove a couple of days in city and highway.
