Performance Chip

I was under the impression that the HHR's don't even have a 'chip'. I could be wrong, though, been wrong before...
What are these guys selling? Will it, or will it not, work for us?

No chip as the computer is flash memory. To change these take a programer or moduel.

Unless you have a SS the gains are very small. I sell many brands of chips where I work and most are small gains at best Turbo's respond the best. It is amazing what they can do for a Turbo Diesel.

I would spend my money on a exhaust, wheels or something else first.

Like I said unless it is a turbo don't expect a lot. Modules and Programers for the most are small gains. Some people are ok with them most expect more and are disapointed.

If you are ok with a small gain it is worth it. If you are expecting a change like you would get with a Cam or intake then no.

You do not have a chip with the flash memeory computer in a 06.
