Looking around still at the right HHR for me and found one that is right price for now. dealer is going to know on tuesday waht the new incentives are. just wondering if any one else has the HHR pinstriping along their car. Kinda different but kinda weird also. the HHR i found was black with a billet grille fac installed and the pinstriping.

I think the dealer is joshing you, or doesn't know what they're talking about.

There is no such thing as "billet grille fac installed". Maybe DEALER installed, but not factory. There are only three HHR grilles; chrome, satin, black chrome. Anything else is aftermarket.

 

if it helps any here is my pinstiping. It's tape for now but hope be painted sooner or later.

 

I think since they're talking about "HHR pinstriping", it might be a Fall Edition someone slapped a new grille on.

I like the chrome pinstripe though.

dang all the confusion this is where my idiot self should have brought a camer yesterday. its def no fall edition pinstriping and billet grille is def a dealer installed option no fac like i originally stated. the pinstriping runs from nose to tail and near the mirrors on either side it says HHR on it. very different. ill be sure to post pics if i get this car.

 

Dealer pinstriping ia just a way to get another $100 from you.........if you don't like it, make 'em take it off. They want the sale!!

 

Yep, that's what I did. Didn't like that stripe myself.
