Yea Im Probably Not Talking Like A Mechanic Because im Not . That's Why I'm Turning to this Page So that being Said What is the EXH fuse??.

The fuse labelled with the name "EXH".

This is what I meant. It makes no sense as written, nothing to do with talking like a mechanic.
My Car Dealer Told Me That He " A Mecanic" too Who The Hell Knows Cleared Codes Now PO140 Po130 31 Think Its time to Go PAY THE REAPER!! Get the problem Diagnosed $ 65 That Good?

Is Resetting The ECM By Removing battery The Same As Clearing it With A scanner tool. I'm going to try to reset it because I put new 02 sensors twice changed cat and im still getting
PO171 and PO140 Was reading up and saw it might be my ECM so want to try and Clear it... Any Advice ??

Yes, but won't help they fix themselves when the condition no longer exists.

The 2 are related. Did you inspect the wires and the flex pipe?
The signal from the #1 O2 sensor should vary wildly and rapidly, P0140 means it is not. I had this happen when I used a Bosch sensor.
