Rear seat belt assembly removal ?

I have all the tools and goodies loaded for the trip to Dayton..to do the deed.
My electric Impact has grown legs, so hopefully a little flame on the seat belt mounting bolts will allow for removal. I've got my old school 26" breaker bar just in case they are contrary.
(yeah, I also have my fire extinqisher just in case
)
