Loctite rust remover

….pretty good stuff. Walmarts have been having it in 2 different size bottles….its a pink jelly. Not real sure how paint sticks to it after treatment but I would scrub brush it with some solvent before I painted

When you start removing the blisters you will expose a real mess that is going to look worse than doing nothing unless you fix it right.

key phrases inner and under door panel

then would include out of sight unless you bend over and look underneath door?

If so the rust treatment of some brand, maybe some filler if real bad, sand prime and paint.
some paint stores can mix a spray can of the GM color pretty closely.
Should do it unless your looking for best of show quality.
