due to I need to replace the Actuator in the passenger side, this is the URL in the forums about the actuator replacement project

so I replace was ok but now I have introduced a bug, the car started and BUT...
when I tried to engage reverse just go forward never reverse(engage in reverse position but move forward), I had to get out the shifter black boxes to remove the dashboard and the actuator, so in that way, I noticed that one of the small washers in the shifter gearbox was broken and for that reason I bought a new one kit follow this video

but today when I put it back all shiftter gear black box I tested I noticed that always the car go forward but never reverse, any with similar issues before or an idea of what could be happened.?
if the shifter cable could be bad or another idea?.

PD: the reverse light won't not turn on when I engage reverse shift either? so not reverse and not light. Before disambley everything just for replaced the actuator was ok, but not now.
