I had to drive 900 miles. Bugs get really bad. I was able to clean most of the front by peeling off the tape when I got to my destination. It doesn't leave any residue.

Plus $25 in tape sure beats $115 for a bra. It looks stupid, but that's why you get creative and have fun.

 

hmmm, 25 there and 25 back, thats almost half the cost of a bra..

But if it works, go for it!!

 

Da ! Would have never thought of using painters tape.
I have alway's put a thick coating of car wax on mine.
Those "Love Bugs" in Louisianna are tuff to clean off.
Luck for you, that was not your route.

 

$25 for 3 3" rolls of painters tape, and a 1" roll. It only took one roll to do the front so I still have extra :).

 

Why buy a really cool looking car if you're just going to make it look bad when you're driving it? It just seems really silly and aren't you going to have to wax it all over again anyway?

 

that **** is gonna take the paint right off the car.
