Touch up paint from the dealer and Mothers Paint Chip repair ($10 on ebay) or Langka.

I got a deep chip in mine (all the way to metal). I fixed it myself with dupi-color grey filler and primer from walmart. It had both a brush and roller ball tip, which was very handy. I couldn't find my color at any auto parts store (sport red metalic), so I had to get that at the dealer. It also has both the brush and roller ball tip. Didn't use the brush at all, roller ball tip worked great. The primer was about 5 bucks and the paint from the dealer was about $10. Paint chips suck. Very sick feeling when you can see the rock coming and there's nothing you can do but watch it hit. Good luck.
