It's something like but not a running board, I never saw or heard it before. Is that a new toy?

These are the molding piece that come on the SS versions instead of the running boards that are optional on the regular HHR models. At $700 painted they are pretty pricey but really nice looking.

$700 for the pair. The regular running boards run around $400 to $500 painted for the pair so it's about a $200 to $300 increase for the SS panels.

I bought 'em online. Had a bodyshop install 'em. Dealer wanted WAAAAAAY too much $$ to do it. I had my grille painted, mirror caps painted and installed, SS skirts painted & installed, and SS spoiler painted and installed for $500. Pretty good deal I thought. I would say less than half for paint, parts, and labor than a dealer is gonna smack you. Good luck!

Yep, it's getting lowered next week. Eibachs. I'm on vacation and should have it done by mid week. I'll post pics when complete.
