I think they use a picture from another car as a template to display the seat covers.

 

I have covers I ordered from Elegant, they were universal blue/gray covers. As far as the armrests go, I found a way aruond it by simply cutting a small hole in the correct side of each cover to accommodate for the armrest: the material is stretchy and durable enough that it won't completely shred when you put the armrest through the hole.

 

Or... you could take the armrest off, but the cover on, then cut a small hole, just large enought for the bolt of the armrest to go back in, the only problem I see with that though is the unmatching colors between the seat and armrest...
