Sick of being referred to as a pt

Is it just me? Everywhere i go, what kind of car is that, is it the new pt cruiser. Or i tell someone i got a new hhr they say that is the thing that looks like a pt cruiser right?

I cant even see the resemblance in the two. The pt has no style to it, it looks like a pregnant roller skate. Not to mention it has no cargo area in the rear like a wagon. Its a half circle on wheels.

Im almost tempeted to get this tag

end rant

I have gotten nothing but compliments and only 1 old couple said it looked liked a pt.

I've gotten 3 compliments from 30 something guys, which I am kind of surprised about, but then again I am going to be 30 in 4 more weeks and I love this car.

I get tired of it also! Depending on the situation I react differently to the person calling my HHR a PT. I have had two PT owners tell me they liked it and were thinking of getting an HHR instead.

I've had a few comments of, "Is that a PT Cruiser? I usually respond with, "Is it that effin dirty again?"

What I think is funny is the older gents who talk to me about it all know what it is, most of the PT responses are from my slow friends.

Hey Crowbar... the plate "I'm No PT" is available in OH. (last I checked)

I know you're from NC but thought it was funny since you brought it up.

PT owners do know how to tell the difference. They just give us HHR drivers looks
