Sirius/XM Radio

Due to budget constraints with my wife not working because of illness I cannot afford to pay for Sirius/XM radio. I know they run free promo weekends from time to time so over the Memorial Day weekend I decided to see if they were running one of those weekends. I was happy to find they were, or so I thought. Memorial Day weekend is long gone and I still have full access. I decided to see if it was working in my wife's car and it isn't. Is anyone else getting free Sirius/XM radio in their HHR?

Nope, it's not on mine! I get an email now and again but ignore as it's most likely spam!

The best you can do is call Sirius and ask for a free trial for one year ($99). I've done this for 2 years now and there is no issue with them.
If you want go on You Tube and google "free Sirius".

I think what was meant was you can get the $99 package as a free trial which has limited access to some channels not all.

$99 for 12 months plus royalty fee and something else, makes it $121.22 total. It is their lowest deal presently that I know of. Or if you were lucky like I was initially. They overcharged and gifted me 10 months for $17, then robo charged the $121 deal. I can't complain.

I have been getting thiss deal for several years. Call a day or two before your renewal date and tell them you want to cancel and they will offer you that deal. I don't know how long they will let me do this but I have been doing this for the last four or five years.

I call them up a week before renewal and tell them I think I will cancel because all I listen to is XM37 and XM40, and that's not really worth a couple hundred per year, so they transfer me and I get the 99 dollar deal. Worth it for me then.
