The Cobalt SS has the same bolt pattern. Normal Cobalts have a completely different bolt pattern, 4-100. But then again I think non-SS Cobalts have drums in the rear if I remeber correctly.

looks like a diffrent grill, with only 3 bars, one on yop one on the bottom and one in the middle that would look sweet!

Rear discs: Probably the same as the SS Cobalt. Easy and cheap for GM, since they already have the parts on the shelf.

Me, I'm looking for some checkered vinyl!! Now there's a "mod" that would get people guessing!

I found this in an article about GM's recent dealers' meeting.

"GM Tells Dealers The Focus Is Now on Toyota"
In addition to the new full-sized pickup trucks, dealers also got a look at custom versions of Chevrolet's HHR wagon--including a panel-sided "woody" version and a factory-tuned SS version--and a completely redesigned Malibu that will go on sale in the third quarter next year.
