I see referrences to Spring / Fall editions of the HHR..

How are they identified....Does it apply to all years...Etc...?

The Spring Edition was an '06 red with a white strip and a special option package. It slips my mind what the Fall Edition was.

Fall edition was a black 2007 with black chrome.

 

I was wondering the same thing as Cajun..so i did a search and found this post. I worked for the local Chevrolet dealer here when The HHR first came out and I went with a salesman one day to pick up a Red with silver stripe '06. The first red HHR I had seen and only one I'd ever seen with graphics. He said it was a "Special" one. Now i know it was a '06 spring edition.
Are they kinda rare though? I've seen quite a few Red/silver striped ones around here. (could be the same one over and over again though)

 

3 "Special Editions" have been created.......

SPRING EDITION.......06 Victory Red w/ pinstripe and special rims

PREMIER EDITION.....07 Cappacino Frost....only version available in said color and has the Black Chorme. Also introduced a new spoiler, and only non SS HHR that it came factory on.

FALL EDITION........07 Black w/ the Black Chrome

SHADOW EDITION..........08 w/ Black Granite paint

It's been said that only 4,000 of each were built.

Victory Red became an available color for the HHR on all models entering the 08 model year.

 

Actually Chevrolet produced a 4th SE known as the "Shadow Edition" in 2008, had a bright chrome package and a Dark Gray Metallic paint off of the Malibu.
