Sorry, Over-the-top Perfomance (OTTP) sells motor mounts for Ecotec manuals. For the flex element it uses the lower control arm bushing, I think. Said to reduce wheel hop without being excessively stiff.

So that’s what it is, I haven’t seen one before, it appears that you could press out the bushing if it deteriorated like our lca rear bushings
