So, checked out the arms, and found the right arm has a bad sleeve in the bushing. The sleeve in the middle that the bolt goes through, had split. Couldn't see it while mounted, had to take the arm out. Left side appeared fine, but I might end up replacing it anyways. Or ditch this car as I got my kid an 07 cobalt with 80,000 less miles.

I recommend to always replace the LCA’s in pairs! The Cobalt has same front suspension bushings
