Suspension Squeak?

Hello all you HHR fanatics! Just picked up a Daytona Blue 2006, LT1. Loving it so far! Finally got rid of my old trusty SC2 with well over 200k.

I did notice a couple of things and wanted to see if it was a regular occurance. Coming from a car entirely made of plastic, I'm no stranger to squeaking parts and plastic rattles. I saw on a post that "ELVIS" made (I think) about "bedspring suspension squeak". It sounds like it's coming from the passenger front...only when it's really cold out (<25). Sounds kinda like a bushing? Can anyone verify this sound or suggest what a fix might be?

I also noticed that I need a new marker light in the front bumper ...any suggestions on how to get the lens off without breaking it? The back has a retaining screw.

I've noticed that it seems to be common to name one's HHR...open to suggestions?

Thanks for the help in advance!

That has been a pretty common problem mines made it since aobut 20k miles and still have it. Dealer cant find it but alot of people have said its the sway bar bushings. Im getting some aftermarket greasable ones, since im just sick and tired of the local dealer, and will be installing those and see what happens. I got out of an 02 SC1 so know what you mean about the squeaks in those cars as well.

I checked out the other posting with the same title (guess I shoulda did more snooping first) and it sounds like that is the exact same issue. I'm probably going to check out the aftermarket bushings...also sounds like a great time to upgrade sway bars

Same situation here. Just picked up an '06 with a squeaking noise and a few light bulbs off. I will bring the car inside the shop at work tomorow to change the bulbs. Looks like there is an easy access in the wheel well.
