Tail gate

My tail gate won't unlock. I have checked the fuse and that isn't the problem. Any ideas?

Welcome to the site, it could be the soft pad switch has failed, there is an instruction manual in the owners manual on opening the lift gate

Did it used to unlock?

Did somebody decide that ALL fuse positions should be filled in the fuse box? If there is a fuse in location #11 the liftgate will not operate.
