My guess is they will all tell you to leave it for 4 - 8 hours, now that the recall is old/cold.

In my town, event though State Inspections MUST be performed in a first come first served order, they all want me to drop the car the night before and pick it up at 6 PM, some even want to make an appointment. When you point to the 6foot X 5foot sign on the wall they act like they are blind.
