Thanks for the idea Joe, The space in this car is kind of small in height so I had to remove my handle bars in order for it to fit standing up. You might want to mesure the size of your bike just incase your planning on adding this type of carrier. I appreciate the info :)

Note that the BikePorter is a fork mount. The front wheel needs to come off. Height should NOT be an issue here.

There's plenty of room for both my road & mtb bikes with the 2nd seat folded. Already measured!

tow hitch

I bought my HHR on friday. Part of the deal is they are goint to have a hitch made for it at a local fab shop. They say the complete price will be $425.00 with wires and all. I will let you know how it goes

I put one on yesterday . It had to be fabed by a shop anc cost $450. be sure to tell them where you want the reciever to be mine seems a little low
