"Warranty" charges make me say HMMMM

Up to 2009 model HHRs they are considered powertrain, on 2010 and later HHRs they are not part of the powertrain. Probably costing GM too much to keep up with them

Many of us, me included, are giving answers pertaining to a U.S. warranty/service. Don't forget the OP is in Canada and the warranties and coverage HAVE BEEN different on previous occasions, i.e., steering column, etc.

True that - it was great they only charged him a partial amount as a courtesy, even though legally they didn't have to. It speaks well for the dealer going to bat for him.
