Washing the car
Hi
Tried this experiment and worked alright.
Used Turtle wax Zip wax:

Bought a sprayed nozzle from Harbor Freight:

Bought an inline RV water filter from Walmart:
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Camco-Wat...-Hose/14504321
The reason I did this is because I use to use just the Turtle wax soap with just water from the house, which is soft water, but still had impurities(?) in it and left water spots on the car that you could see in the glass.
I did this on a cloudy day. Did not use a towel to dry it off and wasn't bad.
Going to have to try a soap like this to see if I get better results:

Thanks

I used to have a "Mr. Clean" spray system that had an in-line replaceable filter. Those filters do make a difference. Also have a large drying "squeegee" that works great on flat surfaces. Use a leaf blower on the rims and around the mirrors and anywhere else water hides out.

I use a California Duster as well, & my old one I use on my Zero Turn mower, after I blow it off with leaf blower. And it gets a wax job end of each mow season. (seriously)..

To wash ours I use a "Foam Canon", it hooks on the end of my power washer head and puts a layer of soap foam over the car, I use Maguire soap, then a I use the power washer with a spread nozzle to spray the cars off. It works well. There are some YouTube videos of it in use. Neat gadget. My power washer is electric.
