After the run in with a 2009 Civic tonight at a green light drop. I want to upgrade suspension.. I had him until I hit the curves, and then he overtook me because of the "touring" suspension, and speed.. Shame.. I had a 6 car lead until that.. Then he smoked me..

Not unappreciated at all nacademus, and I thank you for posting the appropriate section of the vehicle code, saved time and effort on my part. Yes lawyers spend tons of time explaining things to their clients, usually after they have managed to screw up in some sort of catastrophic way.

I vote NO!!! Not worth the $'s unless you are putting together a show machine. For the street they would be a Cop-magnet, and nobody needs that. 
Instead put the $'s towards that thermostat replacement if you haven't done it already yet.
